A free look, then a price you can refuse
Send the form or call (719) 602-8669. The crew comes to see the load, names a number before anything moves, and you decide. No deposit, no charge for the look.
What the day looks like
Someone calls you back the same day, usually within the hour, and you pick a window. Two people arrive in it with the truck, walk the load with you, check the stairs, the deck or the driveway, and tell you the price out loud and on paper. If anything carries a surcharge, a mattress, tires, a television, a fridge with its refrigerant, it is listed by name, and if anything can't ride, paint or chemicals, the crew says so and where it can go. The whole look takes a few minutes, and it is free whether or not you go ahead.
What the written price covers
The carry from wherever things sit to the truck, the sorting of usable items for donation or recycling where possible, the loading, the landfill or recycling fees by weight, any surcharges by name, and the sweep-up before the truck leaves. If a job is bigger than one trip, the number of trips is on the sheet. If it's a multi-day cleanout, the price is per visit and the plan says how many.
What happens when you say yes, or no
Yes, and the crew loads right then, with the truck already in the driveway; you pay when it's loaded and get a dated receipt by text or email. No, and you owe nothing. The price holds for thirty days, so you can get another look elsewhere and come back. Deadline jobs, a PCS report date, a closing, an HOA letter, are booked ahead of the date so the look and the haul can happen on the same visit a day or two before it.
Move-out tomorrow? Debris blocking the drive? Say so when you call and the booking goes to the front of the day.
